Oxfam
THE BRISTOL GROUP has been a member of the "Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs" network since 2017 and supports women and men in poor countries in building their own economic livelihoods. The network was founded by Oxfam, an international organization that campaigns for a just world without poverty. Together with local partner organizations and the people on the ground, the organization finds innovative, practical ways to give people living in poverty the chance to take control of their own lives.
Bull Terrier in Need e.V.
For many years, THE BRISTOL GROUP has been supporting Bullterrier in Not e.V., an association in Herford that takes in dogs in need of the breeds Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Pit Bull type dogs as well as their mixed breeds and pays for their care, including visits to the vet. The association's efforts are guided by the realization that we humans are responsible for the fellow creatures entrusted to our care and that we must create conditions that are humane and animal-friendly.
Special Olympics
We love our region, which is why it is particularly important to us to be present here through our commitment. THE BRISTOL GROUP has been supporting the Special Olympics Hessen since 2014. Special Olympics Deutschland in Hessen e.V. is committed to helping people with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, to get to know other people outside their everyday environment and to participate in social life with fun and commitment, as well as to develop mentally, psychologically and in social areas.
